Amber Energy Drink Spell and Win Promo Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

  • These Terms and Conditions govern the Amber SPELL & WIN promotional offer organized by Amber Drinks Ltd. By participating in this Offer, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

 2. Eligibility

  • The Offer is open to individuals from 16 years and above residing in Nigeria.
  • Employees of Amber Drinks Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

  • The Offer is valid from 1st September to 31st December.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to amend or extend the Promotion Period.

4. How to participate in the monthly challenge (offline)

  • The Word of the Month will be released in the first week of each month on the organizer’s official social media platforms from 8:00 am (West African Time)
  • The first 40 participants each day, who submit the correct Amber bottles with the letters to spell the Word of the Month, will win N10,000 each daily. Entries are accepted nationwide, and winners will be selected daily during the promotion period.
  • Multiple entries are permitted

5. How to participate in the weekly challenge (online)

  • The Word of the week will be released every Saturday during the livestream session
  • A livestream session will be set up every Saturday on the organizer’s instagram social platform between 6:00 pm – 7:00pm (West African Time)
  • The first 10 people to join our live feed with the bottles that spell the word of the week will be selected as winners of the prize
  • 10 Lucky winners will win N5,000 (Five thousand Naira) in our online find and spell challenge
  • The first 10 entries/participants that spell the word of the day with video evidence will win N5,000 each.

6. How to participate in the Weekend Jackpot (online exclusive)

  • 1 lucky winner will win N50,000 (Fifty thousand Naira) in the weekend jackpot Bi-weekly till the end of the campaign promotion
  • A special combination of random letters will be released Bi-weekly on Saturday night at 6-7:00pm (West African Time)
  •  The first Participant that comments that they have the winning letters will be added to instagram livestream and upon verification will be declared the winner.

7. How to participate in the CREATIVITY CHALLENGE (online exclusive)

  • 1 lucky winner that showcases the most creative use of the Labels, letters, bottles & caps will be rewarded with a N1,000,000 (one million Naira only) cash reward at the end of the promotion campaign along with other winners.
  • Only entries that make use of 20 bottles or more in one creative or artistic display will be deemed valid
  • Unlimited number of entries can be received online
  • Winners will be selected solely at the discretion of the organizers

8. Promotional Offer

  • Participants may win up to the sum of One Million Naira (1,000,000) and may also be eligible to Head Phone, Phones, Head Set, etc in which the Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
  • Multiple entries can be made by participant.

9. Redemption Process

  • Redemption centers will be announced in all the organizers social media platforms, radios, blogs.
  • Redemption centers will be open from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm daily from Mondays – Fridays and an assigned company representative will be present to attend to all participants.

To redeem an offer, participants are to;

  • Locate a designated redemption center close to them
  • Present the physical bottles that spell the word of the month at any redemption center near you to validate your entry.
  • Provide their KYC information to an assigned company representative at the redemption center for data capture into the organizer’s National database as a valid entry (Name, phone number, location, valid ID, bank name+account number, live photo)
  • Upon winning an offer, a congratulatory SMS notification will be sent from the organizer’s official line.
  • The winners account will be credited
  • Redemption is valid only during the Promotion Period
  • The winner is expected to respond within [2] days of receiving congratulatory note with any further inquiries and failure to respond might lead to forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner may be chosen.

10. Data Protection

  • By participating in the Offer, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with Amber Drinks Ltd. Privacy Policy.
  • Personal data may be used for the purposes of the promotion and to contact participants.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • The Organizer and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage that may occur as a result of participating in the Offer or the use of any prize, except where it results from the Organizer’s negligence.
  • The Organizer assumes no responsibility for technical issues, delays, or other circumstances beyond its control that may affect participation in the Offer.

12. Amendments and Termination

  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice if necessary for reasons beyond its control.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Lagos State High Court.
